Sound familiar?

Low testosterone is quiet. It shows up as everything else.

If two or more of these have been true for a few months, a blood test settles it in one visit.

Exhausted every morning, no matter how long you slept

Sleep that does not restore is one of the first signs. Testosterone is produced overnight, and low levels leave you waking tired regardless of hours in bed.

Lost interest in sex, or things are not working like they did

Drive and performance both track testosterone. A drop in either, without an obvious reason, is worth a blood test before anything else.

Training hard, seeing nothing

Muscle does not build and fat does not move. Low testosterone blunts the response to training, so effort stops paying back.

Foggy, irritable, flat

Focus and mood are hormonal as much as mental. Men often describe it as feeling flat rather than sad.

Weight gathering around the middle

Especially when nothing else about your habits changed. Testosterone affects how the body stores fat, and the midsection is where it shows first.

Questions men ask before booking

Straight answers.

Who actually treats me?

A board-certified physician or a specialist physician assistant, not an algorithm and not a customer service rep. Dr. Michael Zachareas, our Chief Medical Officer, is a board-certified urologist with over 20 years in men's hormonal health. Matt Rossomando, our lead PA, has treated thousands of men for low testosterone. A real specialist reviews your labs, builds your protocol, and stays accountable to your results.

What does it cost, and do you take insurance?

The consultation is free and there are no hidden fees. Labs are a full blood draw, not a finger-prick kit, drawn in-house at Stoneham or Worcester or at a Quest or Labcorp near you. Because every plan is built around your lab results, your physician gives you an exact monthly price on the review call, before anything is prescribed. Treatment is cash-pay and designed to be transparent and sustainable.

Do I have to come into the office?

Only if you want to. Massachusetts patients can use our Stoneham or Worcester offices for labs and visits. Patients in CA, FL, NY, TX, NH, and RI do everything by secure telehealth, with labs at a Quest or Labcorp near them and medication compounded at a licensed U.S. pharmacy and shipped discreetly to their door.

How soon would I start?

Most patients receive medication within one to two weeks of their first consultation. Labs take a few days, your physician reviews them and builds your plan, and once approved the prescription ships in about five to seven business days.

Is TRT safe, and what about fertility?

Properly prescribed and physician-supervised, TRT is a well-established treatment. Like any medication it has potential side effects, which is why we monitor your labs regularly. Testosterone therapy can suppress sperm production, so if fertility matters to you we discuss it at the consultation. There are protocols, including hCG, that can help protect fertility during treatment.

Is this a contract?

No contract and no obligation to continue. TRT is usually a long-term treatment because your natural production reduces while you are on it, so if you ever want to stop, your physician guides you through a proper off-ramp rather than an abrupt stop.
